ALBBS has been promoting literacy and education by providing interactive learning aids for early childhood education and offering unique hobby clubs. One of its distinct offerings is the mobile bus library, a feature not found elsewhere in Pakistan.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Craft & Stitching Expert at Alif Laila Book Bus Society in Lahore. The Craft & Stitching Expert will be responsible for conducting engaging craft and stitching sessions for girls and women in communities, developing creative projects, sampling and making of products for our crat shop.
Qualifications
Proficiency in crafting and stitching techniques
Experience in conducting hands-on craft sessions for children, girls and women
Strong creativity and artistic skills
Knowledge of arts and crafts projects suitable for children
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Prior experience of stitching work
Degree or certification in arts, crafts, or related field is preferred
Salary: Rs. 35,000/- (fixed)
Negotiable after 3-month probation period based strictly on performance.
Timing: 9am to 3pm (Monday to Friday with alternative Saturdays on)
